Join a Humanitarian Mission with JVI-Togo!

To participate in a mission, project, or internship with JVI-Togo, a daily contribution of €12 is required.

✅ This fee covers:

Meals during your stay
Administrative procedures for a smooth experience
Accommodation for your comfort
Mission operations to support our activities

❌ This fee does not include:

Transportation to the internship site

🗓 The total participation cost is based on the number of days spent with JVI-Togo. For example, a 10-day mission amounts to €120.

Project Management

Coordination and supervision of missions on the ground.
Documentation and monitoring of activities carried out within the framework of the mission or internship.
These fees are exclusively dedicated to the management of JVI-Togo.

Activity Schedule

Volunteers will receive a detailed daily plan outlining all activities during their mission. This schedule includes:

Planned tasks for the day
Community interactions to foster meaningful exchanges
Time dedicated to environmental and social projects

Airport Welcome & Pickup

🛬 Pickup at Lomé International Airport
– Round trip assistance provided. ⏳ 24/7 availability
– Volunteers are welcomed at any time, regardless of their arrival hour.

Payment Terms

The participation and registration fees will be paid directly upon arrival at the headquarters of JVI-Togo.
🔹 These funds are fully dedicated to managing the association's activities and projects, ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of our humanitarian missions.

Meals & Nutrition

Volunteers receive three balanced meals per day, carefully prepared to meet their nutritional needs while incorporating local specialties for an authentic experience.

🔹 We kindly ask participants to inform us in advance if they have any food intolerances, allergies, or follow a specific diet such as vegetarianism.

Activity Schedule

Monday to Friday

Our activities take place Monday to Friday, providing a structured pace for all our projects.

🔹 In case of unforeseen circumstances, adjustments may be necessary to ensure the smooth progression of missions. 🔹 We encourage each participant to organize their schedule accordingly to align with our humanitarian goals.

Weekend Activities

JVI-Togo offers volunteers various weekend activities, including visits, excursions, walks, and relaxation moments to explore and enjoy the local environment.

🔹 Safety first – All outings must be supervised by a JVI-Togo volunteer.

🔹 Mandatory notification – Volunteers must inform the JVI-Togo office before any trip.

🔹 Personal expenses – Costs related to these activities are fully covered by volunteers.

Morning Wake-Up Routine

Every morning, wake-up is scheduled at 6:30 AM to ensure a productive start to the day.

🔹 Volunteers are encouraged to complete necessary tasks and organize themselves efficiently.

🔹 This time allows for preparing essential materials and resources needed for missions. 🔹 Maintaining this routine helps ensure smooth daily operations and better team coordination.

Cultural Immersion

During our missions, we organize unique cultural activities such as drumming, African dances, and singing sessions with children and the community.

✨ This is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the richness of African culture and create unforgettable memories.

🔹 We encourage all volunteers to actively participate in these events to celebrate diversity and strengthen bonds with the local community.

Start of Activities

🔹 A break will follow, allowing time for rest and preparation.

🔹 The afternoon session will resume from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

Family Integration Experience
